Mikron spol. s r.o. focuses on the production of high-precision machine components based on customer requests. Our products are used in numerous applications and industries – various electronic devices, microscopes, medicine, optics, gauges, etc.

From its very beginning (1992) the company has exerted efforts to keep the highest production quality and to meet the delivery times of all products. All this is possible due to continuous investment into company development and due to keeping highly skilled personnel.

At present, the company owns 7 pc CNC-machining centres and 4 pc CNC lathes, in January 2011 the production capacity has been increased by a new 5-axis CNC machining centre of Deckel-Maho-Gildemeister. The company uses the information system Mikron IS, which has been developed in accordance with the exactly specified needs of the company, for the control and monitoring of production and its processes.

MIKRON spol. s r.o. also has a CAD/CAM system for making of programs for CNC machines. The programs are loaded into the machines using a DNC network. There is a new optical presetting device for presetting of tools.

History

The company Mikron spol. s r.o. was established in 1992. It was based on the previous production plant operating at a Collective Farm Komorno producing confocal microscopes and microsliding tables with hydraulic feed.

From 1998 MIKRON spol. s r.o. has been gradually replacing the classic machine tools by efficient and highly precise machine tools with CNC control.
